If your new wheels don't meet your performance expectations, you can return them for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in good condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Wheels
Place the wheels securely in their original HUNT packaging, ensuring all skewers, tubeless valves, and accessories are included.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
